The Black Fathers Alliance's System Navigator helps fathers understand their rights, document and strategize against discrimination, and ultimately create an equitable path for themselves and their children, ensuring they are not quickly dismissed and are given a fair shot. This service, which focuses most notably within the education system, involves providing expert guidance, direct advocacy, and resources to help fathers effectively address issues. Furthermore, the navigator helps to eliminate unfair barriers, provides a voice for the father, and works to hold institutions accountable for creating equitable outcomes for Black children and families.

The Black Fathers Alliance Virtual Hangouts are confidential, peer-led support group sessions designed to empower Black fathers by offering a safe, non-judgmental online space to connect, share their unique challenges, and build a strong brotherhood. These hangouts provide fathers with essential knowledge and tools to help them navigate complex systems—including the school, legal, and family court systems—and develop effective strategies to combat anti-Black racism, all with the goal of strengthening their mental health and creating unbreakable bonds with their children.

The K.I.N.G.S. (Kin Inspiring New Generational Success) Program is a transformative, 12-week curriculum for Black fathers. Grounded in African principles like The Nguzo Saba and the concept of Sankofa, the program focuses on emotional healing, self-care, and intentional connection to disrupt intergenerational trauma. It equips fathers with the skills to master restorative discipline, navigate external systems, champion generational wealth, and build a lasting, positive family legacy.
