For decades, systemic barriers and negative stereotypes have worked to push Black fathers out of their children’s lives. At The Black Fathers Alliance (TBFA), we are actively rewriting that script. Founded by Daniel Carter after his own lived experiences as a single dad, our mission is to celebrate, elevate, and sustain the vital presence of Black men in their families.

But building a kingdom takes a village.
